No the receivers are not welded back together. they are pieced together for a picture.. when i say complete receiver i mean a receiver that has all the demilled sections (end,center,front,nose)

Be careful with Craig as it took him 3 weeks to ship after getting certified funds. and then he shorted me on 2 Lyman ladder sights that he promised with the two kits I purchased. buyer beware.
