thermal scope questions

So are you not allowed to use NVG or thermal in Oregon? Hunting yotes on private land. The reg is not worded well (can use internal scopelights but not IR). So having a good quality NV scope which is internally lite, and no external IR falls in the rules. Thermal also I would think?

You can use NVG or thermal for non game animals on private property. If in doubt contact OSP. They can clear it up.
