So if guns have a virtually 100% success rate then whats the pro gun solution to suicides?
If people really cared, they would put in at least the same effort to combat suicide as they do to steal our rights. How much Bloomberg and Soros money goes to that goal? Yeah, exactly.

Yup. Ive used that argument before with antigunners. Same for programs to reduce crime. If they threw half their money they spent on gun control it would greatly reduce crime and suicide where "gun violence" wouldnt be a prevelent issue. Its clear they dont really want to reduce crime....

The statement you make about suicides not being prevented anyway is BS. People might attempt suicide anyway, however the "success" rate with a firearm is nearly 100%, which I'd wager is higher even than jumping off many buildings. Certainly higher than pills or cutting or exhaust inhalation and yes, hanging. All those other methods give a chance for someone to intervene after the attempt and save a life. You cannot intervene once a bullet passes through a skull.

Your other points I agree with, just don't make up bullbubblegum.
The fact remains, however, that including suicides in the numbers is intellectually dishonest and complete and utter bullcrap. Suicides are tragic, of course, but it's a completely different animal than actual real gun homicides. If the antigunner's position and arguments were valid and credible, they wouldn't need to pad the data with dishonest crap.

Nor would they need to use B.S. terms like, "gun violence" which is a completely made up and bullcrap term. There is only violence and homicide with an assortment of various tool. You never hear the media talk about "knife violence," or "baseball bat violence," etc. But there's a narrative to push and "gun violence" helps breed fear.
