Ok, they already have massively restrictive laws (similar to the UK I believe?) and the Premier has already mentioned more restrictions so what could be next?

COMPLETE bans on guns, ammo etc. IE as in no more licensing and 100% illegality to possess them?

Just 'cogitating' the possibilities is all...

Single shot only and maximum of one box of ammo per caliber and you must own a firearm in that caliber.

Confiscation and total ban is all I see, which is the path WA, OR and CA want to go towards. Nothing is enough for the anti gun crowds, even in the international context unfortunately. Anti gunners are just getting emboldened by these unfortunate incidents. Those Commonwealth countries however don't have a 2A, so it's far easier to ban guns with the stroke of a pen.

Seeing the MSM on this, they are wondering what can be done to "tighten the noose" on gun owners in RI, AU etc.

The forever argument against is, what promise of protection does the state offer in place of gun ownership? There never is any and there never will be.

The police response, they claim, is always arrival time. Never the, how long it took to subdue or put down the suspect. Yes, a cop arrived in 5 minutes with his gun. Hallelujah. What about us?

Muslims and aboriginal people will continue to own illegal guns. Peoples of European ancestry will be prohibited from defending themselves and will obey the law like sheep being led to the slaughter. The New Caliphate will succeed.

Over riding principle is that in UK, AUS, NZ, Canada self defense is not recognized as a valid reason to own or use firearms. The police are powerless to protect you and can only identify your dead body and secure the crime scene. Torches and pitchforks are insufficient.
