Up until a few weeks ago I didn't even know this was a thing, but a few PM's back and forth, a couple training videos and a short "under the radar" test run and now I'm officially part of the Cool Kids Club
For now it looks like the big changes are that the "Ignore" function no longer applies and I can't *actually* make any mod like decisions, but I can participate in the discussions and offer opinions.
Honestly, this really makes me feel much more connected to the community and excited for the future of NWFA
:D

Shouldn't there be a new badge or banner under your avatar? I mean a real one with a box around it. :D

I don't know man. Losing the "Ignore" function seems like a deal-breaker. I mean, I've only got one person on there and it just happened a week or two ago, but it felt soooooooooo good.

I asked, apparently adding that would be "too official" for now and like all the other badges by your name you have to complete task or functions to earn it

I hear ya'. but I have never put anyone on ignore, so that change is just going be a one way street

You mean nobody can put you on ignore anymore? BEAUTIFUL!

Well played sir. :s0140:

(I do worry about that using that ignore button could be habit forming. I'll probably leave the guy on there for a month then remove him.)

Ignore is very helpful feature imo. There is one person here who has been banned 6 times and they just recently let him back in. That's their decision it's up to them but think about what it takes to be banned that many times. Putting him on ignore was the first thing I did because pretending to be someone else only lasts so long before he returns to his old, natural, ways.

I was born yesterday, when my pregnant mother fell off a turnip truck...

Well done! My Father used to have a lot of fun on this day.
