Test Notification

When I go to the NWFA page I am getting three black boxes on the right hand side of the screen. The first box says Test Notification and has a place to click for more info. The next two boxes say Test 2 and Test 3. I am not clicking on any of these. Is this malware or is it something else. The boxes appear when I navigate to other threads and forums on the site.

I saw them too. I exited out of them and they have not been back.

I just came back in and they are still there.

I clicked on one and it turned me into a newt.

Well now I'm getting one pop up box with NWFA USFS Video about the latest outdoor clean up so apparently it something the administrators put up.
