A Smith and Wesson Shield Plus, 4" I have the Carry Comp version and it fits perfectly. It would fit the standard 3.1" but the holster will be a bit long.

Tenicor holsters are some of the best fitting holsters I own. If I had a model pistol that fit your holster I would seriously consider buying it.
