Great condition, hardly used - never abused - Tactical Application Group (not to be confused with Tactical Assault Gear) "Spartan" plate carrier with Level III soft armor and Level IV ceramic rifle plates (9.5 inch x 12.5 inch). Carrier, plates and soft armor are all size medium - adjustable enough to work for anyone around 5'8" to over 6 foot tall. No smells, no stains, no rips. Slap some pouches on and it's good to go.
