I received this in a trade. I wore it to an 8 hours class and decided it didn't have quite enough padding for me. It will accept the Haley D3 Chest Rigs/ Spiritus Systems Chest Rigs which is awesome. It worked well with my D3CRM. It is decent construction, just not as much padding as I'm used to. I ran my ceramic SAPI plates in here but it would fit the 10x12 steel plates also.
One note: The previous owner had the shoulder professionally sewn together. So if you're between 5'8" - 6'2" this will work for you. I'm 6'0", 200 lbs and it fits perfect.
This would be best suited for an active shooter rig e.g. not wearing it all day. It just needs some plates and shoulder pads.
I think this cost $60 new so $20 seems fair or trade for some 9mm, 5.56, or 7.62x39.
