Well I hadn't seen my Granddad's Ruger Mark I since 2003 and was sure it was stolen by the movers. I had been forbidden to look for it in the unopened boxes as there was no place (Furniture wise) to put the box contents, and I refused to buy furniture. Finally we had to move my Mom out here and I had to relent on the furniture. Slowly we have been un-boxing stuff. Today it showed up, dusty, but not rusty. Nice to have it back. Weekend cleaning project for sure. It is a later 1953 model. Black Bird, not a rare collector. (I'm Slow, but not that Slow)

Very pleasant day almost makes me happy to be stubborn!
