How long is the stock ? Doesn't look like 1894/95 stock yours has spot for a bayonet lug like 1896 and looks too long

44 7/8 to the extreme end

It's too short to be 96but it has been converted to accept bayonet lug on the end of stock the early 1894/95 did not have bayonet lug I have one yours was converted later to accept the lug but no big deal if you need a stock just get a 1896 lug to put on end of stock it will work just fine lots of info online in forums on these rifles
