Most security doesn't blink an eye as you place your keys in the bin. TSA has better gear so best to avoid airports! Most metal detectors will just have you put the keys in the bin.

I think the price point means that there will be some of that. I've got 5 now and I'll sit there and use it as a fidget spinner at times. Not one of mine has had issues minus the one I keep in my pocket on occasion. It gets gunked up with lint and will have issues on occasion. After a flew squirts of compressed air it's back up and running.

If you have carried out the fronts you'll know they require more maintenance than other types.

Only out the front knife I've carried is a cheap import model and I have many of them as I carry one everyday -- it almost never needs any attention, almost always works and I use it or one just like it often
