Straight gas tube gas block

Does anyone have a link to a non adjustable gas tube block that is compatible with a straight gas tube? Done quite a bit of googling and I am not sure where to find one.

The only ones that I know of off the top of my head are for the LMT MRP/MWS. I don't think that they are sold separately by LMT, and they're press fit (and pinned). 99%+ of them get cut off when people do AGB upgrades, but you might get lucky with one of the LMT specialty gunsmiths.
