Wow, some of those look far better than the typical 'at home with a soldering iron' stippling you usually see. Those actually look pretty nice.

'Cause I am twisted , I'd try to copy a Diamond checkering style like on the Colt 1911 grips for a Glock.

I actually started using a soldering iron when I first did this, but up graded to a woodburner.

So if it takes a week to do, and we will say 40 hours, if you charged around $100 or so for the work you make $2.50/hour. The work is great, but it doesn't seem like a reason to become an FFL and make money at it.

I week is because I got a full time job already. I spend on average 6-9hrs on a frame. But I don't work on it straight.

The average professional stippling job charges anything from $250-500. There's money to be made if your good.
