Birmingham Nitro Proof. (smokeless powder proofed) to the pressure listed.

British gun makers/builders aren't allowed to rate their barrels/actions for max pressure. They have to be sent out to be "proofed" by a gov't approved proofing house. The mXc is the proof house that rated it.
I think you have an extra zero or two in there though.
