I picked these up in a box of stuff at a gunshow. I have no need for these right now. These are brand new in a nice wood box. They are labeled as Signature Series VR rings made by U.S. Armament, Inc. in Bend, OR. I can't find mention of these on the internet, but they are very nice looking rings. Solid stainless steel with torx screws. Vertical split like talley rings. Two piece bases. Beautiful matched set. 1" I believe...
