I have one but have not installed it yet. Just have not got around to it! Quality is pretty good but I've heard the spring might be a little weak and body might need tweaked some to fit. Check Numrich they had some cheaper if I remember correctly. Not much help if I get it installed I will update with better info.

The photo in the ad shows a rimmed cartridge. Good luck getting it to chamber in an '03!
That looks like a SMLE magazine. If it really is intended for use in an '03, it will have some modifications. The rifle will need to have the original magazine area changed, and a means of retaining the new magazine. Lots of work for little benefit.
