Very fair review by Oregontrail113. I started buying from that store in 2018 and have seen it go downhill starting around the period of panic buying guns and ammo.
The issue of staffing is a big problem. One example was getting notice my paperwork cleared so I could pick up a gun. When I showed up, no one could find it. They had to call the manager on his day off so he could tell them to look for it on the "will call" shelf.
They have added a lot of parts and accessories as well as clothing so selection is good in those areas.
