I'm pretty sure I paid $35 just before New Years so it must have gone up a little.

It's $35.00 for the transfer and an extra $10.00 for the Oregon State Police. It's been that much for a long time, as they clipped me last year. Never again.

Eh... I figure you are going to pay the $10 OSP fee anywhere you go. Seems like most places do it for $25-35 on top of that. I figured I got a good enough deal on the lowers I got. It was well worth the transfer fee to me.
