The lower is a Essential Arms forged lower reciever is "essentially" (haha) new but is was attached to an upper that shot less than 50 rounds. It sports a dura-cote digital paint job and looks nice.You don't like the paint job? Paint over it. Not a big deal for this price. Has dpms internals, rock river winter trigger guard & a comm buffer & tube wearing a command arms butt stock & pistol grip.
