Selling a Spanish M43 made by La Coruña, dated 1947. The floor plate, trigger guard assembly, bolt, stock, and receiver all match, the barrel does not... which incidentally is why this rifle a gunsmith special: It appears at some point someone has replaced the barrel and it is loose in the receiver (can be unthreaded by hand when the barreled action is out of the stock). They appear to have used a German Kar98k barrel as it has grooves for a front sight hood (an M43 would not have had this) and there is a Nazi-era waffenampt under the rear sight. The bore is excellent condition and the barrel alone is probably worth what I'm asking for the whole rifle. As it is, the rifle isn't safe to shoot but should be repairable by a gunsmith with the appropriate equipment. $250 located in Beaverton, transfer fee at buyer's expense.
