Use caution (or don't do it) if an App wants access to your Contacts on your smart phone (Android, iPhone, other). This is a goldmine of data since you likely have an accurate representation of a person's name, current phone number(s), current email address, and perhaps current home address.
On the iPhone, look in Settings -> Privacy and Security -> Contacts.
