Cherry City Metals in Salem has lots of surplus and used steel and aluminum and some. Other metals ss well.

Parkrose Hardware has a variety of metals. The prices are not as competitive to the wholesalers, but they're open when the others aren't.
They also carry an assortment of hollow ground gun screws and other fasteners related to firearms sizes and dimensions.
