Someone who does hard chrome (small part not frame, so could be non-gunsmith)?

I need to have one small part hard-chromed - a mainspring housing for a 1911. I'm around Seattle and looking for someone to do that. Since it's not a whole gun, and metal finisher could do it. And of course, I could ship it, too, easily. If anyone has any economical suggestions, I'd appreciate it.
