Brand New in Box, uninstalled, and a replacement from Vortex. I had to RMA my original one, and they deemed it bad enough to issue a replacement. I went a different route while I was waiting for the RMA and got a Holosun as a replacement. $200 obo, prefer a local transaction, but can ship at the buyer's expense.
