For sale is 1 Spike's Tactical Upper Receiver - Forged M4 Flat Top (Multi Cal). The dust cover and foward assist are already installed at the factory by Spikes. This has never been used. Bought, oiled and put in safe a few months ago. No longer continuing the build.
