Winchester 9mm Luger Subsonic 147gr Jacketed HP-Controlled Expansion. It says, "For Law Enfoircement Use Only NOT FOR RETAIL SALE" But, don't worry about it. Law enforcement agencies have been trading ammo with FFLs to get what they want for ages.
