This is a free float forend that mounts over your mil-spec barrel nut (easy to mount, no need to change out barrel nut).
I do not know what manufacture it is, it is a take off from one of the Palmetto State Armory uppers.
It is in good shape, has a small scuff on top at one of the 1913 rail lugs. Has Keymod mounting hols.
