This is a brand new (no rounds at all) M&P5.7.
I bought it on a whim but I don't really have a need for it. A really unique pistol due to its gas-operated system.
Internal hammer-fired, so has a really nice crisp trigger.
Uses a gas-operated, lock-breech barrel system. Basically, the barrel doesn't cam open until the bull passes the gas port further upstream.
Threaded barrel and from what I read, usable with 22LR suppressors.
Also optic-ready out of the box and comes with two 22-round magazines.
