    Looks like its milled to me. I believe its chrome lined as well.

    I might be wrong...but I think all SKS models are milled. The "stamped or milled" is more in line with AK platform rifles....

    No, there are 100% milled and also partial stamped.

    Easy way to tell is the trigger guard.

    Based on the top pic, this one is partial stamped.

    A full milled receiver would be smooth and all from one piece.

    I have one with a milled receiver and trigger group and another one with a milled receiver with a stamped trigger group.
