Thanks. I figured that from what I've seen. I should have been more clear on my first question, upon re-reading it, it's a little ambiguous. It would have been better written as follows:

If the post is rotated once, how much will it change the POI at 50 yards?

I do not have the answer to that one though. Both of my sks's were pretty well zeroed in when I got ahold of them.
 
Just fyi, poi moves the opposite way that the front sight is moved. Poi moves the same direction as the rear sight. Front sight down, poi up. Rear sight down, poi down. Windage works the same way. Carry on.:)
