If you do the following you can register your position on the record against the Washington Senate bill SHB1240.

Go to the Senate Committee Sign In at: https://app.leg.wa.gov/csi/Senate#
Select the Law & Justice Committee, and tomorrow's meeting
Select the agenda item of SHB1240
Then Select - I would like my position noted for the legislative record

After you complete that process you can also go back and register to submit a written testimony or to testify in person or remotely.

Further down the page there is a button to "see who has signed in for this agenda item".

At 11:30 Wednesday morning there were 71 people registered to testify in person, 4 of those Pro, 2 as "other", and the rest Con. Based on the stated info that committee hearings last 2 hours to cover the total of all the subjects on the calendar (of which there are 5 for tomorrow) I doubt you will get to testify if you add your name to the list now. But it couldn't hurt.

There is also the option to view the registered position of those not testifying. There were 6676 people on the list. Although they are overwhelmingly CON, I was surprised at how many are PRO. Although I guess in this state I shouldn't be. I sure wish it would show what county each person is in. I would bet more than 50% of the PRO is from King county.

I don't think stating your position, or testifying in writing or remotely is nearly as effective as showing up. But if you can't make it to Olympia then it certainly is a next-best option, and you can feel good that you did SOMETHING to make your voice heard.
