Most likely, yes. That's the most common threading for 9mm glock barrels.

But I can't guarantee compatibility - you'll have to look up the info for your barrel and confirm.

If your suppressor doesn't have one with it, then yes, you need one of these to use the suppressor with pistols that don't have fixed barrels.
