Good deal. I have one - paid $450 (too much) for it. Not my favorite SIG, but better than a Glock IMO. At this price it would make a great stash gun. Also, you can get a 40 conversion kit - a 2340 slide/barrel will work.

i actually just did that to mine. Do i need to check the head space on something like that?

For a conversion? No - the barrel is usually fitted to the slide at the factory. I have had no problems with the conversion I have - mostly they are kits or used slide/barrel combos. I have one .357 SIG barrel and it works fine in a .40 slide.
