For Sale is my beautiful Stainless Steel Elite P229 German frame chambered in 9mm. It is one of the more RARE AM Serial numbered German frame pistols made in 2012. This is one of those tough ones to sell, but it's time to move it on to a new home. It comes with the original numbers matching box, 2x 15 round magazines, manual and a period Sig Catalog. Since I have owned the pistol, it's never been to the range, but I did replace the barrel with a brand new Sig Factory 9mm barrel and the trigger with a Short Reach Trigger. One of the magazines is a 15 round P228 Mecgar with a silver aluminum pinky extension and the other is a standard Sig P229-1 15 round magazine.
Overall, I think this P229 is in Very Good Condition. Full disclosure, I'm not the original owner, but this pistol was sent by the previous owner to the Sig Custom Shop for their SSP package and a complete refinish with their bead blasting service of the frame and slide (The invoice and all original parts replaced by Sig will come with the pistol, but the previous owners name and information will be blacked out).
