Selling a P226 Combat. Bought this used fairly recently and hate to sell it, but need to thin the herd a little ahead of some upcoming purchases.
Similar to the MK25, the P226 Combat features a true Picatinny rail as opposed to the proprietary SIG rail found on most other classic models, as well as a chrome lined barrel and phosphate coated internals to resist corrosion. Unique to this model is the FDE anodized frame and FDE/Coyote grips.
I have not shot this much but have no idea how many rounds the original owner put through it. It looks to be in good shape though and the condition seems consistent with having been shot fairly little. I don't see much if any wear on the frame rails and the barrel hood has fairly little wear as well. The top of the barrel has some wear towards the front but not to the degree usually seen on well-used P-series guns. There are a couple of tiny dings on the accessory rail. The previous owner appears to have had a short reset trigger system installed as I don't believe these come with one from the factory. The SIGLITE night sights still glow. The locking insert appears to have had the finish removed.
I don't have the original box. Comes with an 18rd Mec Gar magazine.
Willing to meet at an FFL near Albany or ship FFL to FFL if buyer pays shipping. Not looking for trades right now aside from possibly a German P225 (not P225-A1 or P6). Cash, Venmo, Zelle, or PayPal F&F.
