(I did not win the plastic case lottery...so the cardboard box with foam is all I was provided.)

Prefer FTF deal in the Vancouver area although I do work in Longview so that's an option.
I will need to take a peek at your WA DL and CHL and fill out the WA State Private Transfer form.
