Shooting near Sweet Home?

I used to head up to the end of Mark's Ridge. Used to be a gravel quarry there that was open for shooting. That's been marked no trespassing, though. I have heard rumors of places up Quartzville way, as well as out the end of Wiley Creek. Not being from here originally, I am at a loss as to where I can go to shoot. Any help? Please?

Ames Creek/Green Mountain, High Deck Road or Swamp Mountain up near Cascadia all have good shooting areas.
