Searching has been disabled?

Can anyone help me? I have no "search bar" and when I click on the classifieds, I get this..

"Searching has been disabled."

Its been an ongoing problem for several weeks now. Ive tried contacting staff but to no avail.

You can browse the classifieds still, just not washington only sections, etc.
