I considered going the route of short barrel with pinned brake.

Well, it needs a folding stock!

Will be ordering a threading kit to re thread the barrel shortly.

Will likely also get the hinged dust cover down the road so I can mount a red dot. Texas something brand, very nice looking replacement.

I'm not sold on a rail forend yet. Haven't found the right one. Maybe later.

Mags are almost longer than the barrel now.

Billy Cho did a "Cho-Gun" when he was working with Jim down at Rifle Dynamics (SBS Saiga, I think). Billy's up in this neck of the woods now, so I'm hoping to see him revisit fun little projects like that again.
