Century Arms ( made by Sig ), used a little ( some scuff marks on tube ), comes with letter.
Converting my PAP to a rifle so this can go to someone new.

I am sorry. I thought you were going to send pics because of a scratch. A scratch is no big deal. I know they are $150.00 + new. I don't need the ATF letter...already have one. Would you take $125.00 and I pay for shipping?
