Savage Model 4 22 Rifle (short, long, long rifle) 24in Barrel: $140

This is a Savage Model 4 22 caliber bolt action rifle with a 5 shot clip.
The rifle is early 1940 vintage with the hand carved checkering in the
stock. The sights are open with an adjustable rear sight. The blueing is
better than 95% and the walnut stock is in very good condition with no
cracks. The rifle was inherited recently and was in storage since the
1940s.

This would be an excellent rifle for a young person to begin learning
shooting fundamentals.
