1943/44 Savage 720 Semi Auto 12 Gauge with US Military Flaming Bomb Proofs.
The US War Department purchased 14,527 of the Savage 720s in 1943 and 44 for use as security weapons and Training Shotguns on aerial gunnery training.
Butt stock is in good condition with minor scratches/dents and dings.
Wood fore end does have cracks on the bottom, just forward of the receiver
I have not had a chance to shoot this since buying this several years ago.
