Okay... I am an idiot. I was at the local gun store and saw this rifle and loved how it felt and looked great, etc. I've been wanting a 17HMR rifle for awhile and have bought 400 rounds of it over time (not as scarce as .22LR)


Well, bought it today, took it home, tried loading it... hmmm.... look at the barrel and said "timbernet, you are an idiot" -- it is 17HM2 GAH! Well, I have all of this 17HMR ammo and haven't seen much 17HM2 at Bi-Mart... so if possible, I would like to trade someone who wants a HM2 for a HMR.... or for $$$.

Synthetic stock, stainless barrel. Nice gun!

I just paid $239 (+$10 state fee) not 3 hours ago... so how does $229 sound?
