Yup, they do.

Like most makers of firearms do, in fact.

Riihimaki is not a model name - it's the location of the SAKO factory. It's like calling a Remington an Ilion.

If there were more than one SAKO factories, then including the factory name in the description could be important.
However, it appears that there is only one location.

I have for years called the Sako rifles with the squarish bolt heads "Riihimaki"
Perhaps it is like the Patronym names like Hansen - Hans' son.
My own last name is derived from a place in Denmark.
I guess there were too many Christiansens around so they added the place they were from
