I have recently done the safety check and all is safe. (I still have the gauge sent by S&W)
I have a couple low end optics you can choose from to mount on it if you'd like and some Offset flip up sights.
Or even a fake eotech! Lol
No issues with it at all this was just something I bought using my points from cabelas many years ago.
