My grandma bought this new but it's way too much for her to shoot. Very good condition, one box of rounds thru it. Comes with 2 HKS speed loaders. This DOES have the lock, I don't have the key but it is currently un-locked. Guessing Smith will send you one.
The box/paperwork/keys currently resides in Alaska, might be able to get it eventually, but don't count on it.
