The pictures tell most of the story. Some of the parts move and it looks like the rest of them could move after a good kerosene soaking but I'm pretty sure this won't ever shoot again. It is stamped "32 Cal" and the serial number looks like it starts with a 3 so that would date the gun at 1889-1891 manufacture. I'll put a value of $150 on it but I'm mostly looking to trade for 8-9' MH salmon rods and/or line counter trolling reels.
