Ruger SR22 or Walther P22 or Sig Mosquito 22 ?

I said to hell with it and bought one of each but I like collecting. Honestly I'm not an active shooter but I haven't had any problems with any of the 3 you listed. The ruger's safety is the only thing I don't like. Up for fire is not very common on my other pistols.
