Thanks for the information but I really struggle with the explanations given in the self help areas. You say "removing information is prohibited" but how can I remove a mistake without violating your rules? You request to "not update the ad" but adjusting the price is updating it. Sorry for being so confused. I also never know if a message is private or public. How do I know if I get a PM message?
